Vacuum your tufted rug regularly, at least once a week, to remove dirt and dust that can damage the fiber
Do NOT machine wash, soak or otherwise wet your rug beyond a spot clean. If water spills, soak up as much as you can with a dry cloth and leave it to dry.
Fluffing is a natural occurrence in Tufted pieces & gradually disappears overtime with a lint roller and vacuum
Avoid Harsh chemicals to remove stains
Do not place Heavy Furniture on rug
