Each rug is hand-tufted and made to order, one piece at a time. Because every rug is handmade, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
Turnaround Time: Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your rug to be completed. Turnaround time may vary depending on my current order volume. Orders are completed in the order they are received, and I always take the time needed to make sure each rug is finished with care.

Care Instructions:
Do not machine wash or dry.
Spot clean only using a damp cloth and mild soap.
Avoid soaking or fully submerging the rug in water.
Vacuum gently using a handheld vacuum or low-suction setting. Avoid vacuuming with a rotating/beater brush.
Trim any loose yarn strands with scissors—do not pull them.
Keep away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
